Sheboygan events are a year-round way that the community has a lot of fun while maintaining that community-focused spirit of this charming city.
There are many wonderful annual traditions here. One of the best known and most delicious is the Sheboygan Bratwurst Festival. Brat Days is held in the summer and also includes a Brat Trot, which is a running race. Brat Days celebrates the joy of the wonderful German bratwurst sausages, which Sheboygan is known for nationwide. It also includes music and entertainment for the whole family.
There also are many other Sheboygan, Wisconsin festivals. They include the annual Independence Day celebration held in July to honor our nation’s birthday, picnics held in Kiwanis Park and Deland Park and many more.
The local region also celebrates with other events all year long. Plymouth hosts the Plymouth Mill Street Festival and the Plymouth Jazz Crawl for the Arts in the summer. Sheboygan hosts its annual Sheboygan County Fair in the fall. Taste Sheboygan, held in the fall, celebrates the rich cuisine of this lovely area!
There are any number of events held that will excite both locals and visitors alike. Summer is also the time for the Twilight Concert Series at Fountain Park, while Elkhart Lake is home to many events from early spring to late in the fall. The Kohler Food and Wine Experience held in the fall also is another event you won’t want to miss.
