Kenosha is a lovely and scenic city that sits by the water. A day trip to Kenosha, WI is a good thing to consider if you are looking for some new things to see and explore.

One really great thing about visiting Kenosha is that it’s an affordable day trip. There are many fun things to do here that the whole family will enjoy. Many of the things you can do in Kenosha are free while many others cost just a few dollars. What a bargain!

A fun adventure that kids of all ages will enjoy is taking a ride in an authentic streetcar right along the fabulous shore of Lake Michigan. Believe it not this will only cost you a buck! If you have a love of jelly beans, you’ll want to check out the Jelly Belly Visitors Center and pass through Candy Alley. This is free, and you can buy some fun Jelly Bellies and see what different flavor combinations you can come up with.

If you head out on the second Saturday of the month, you can hear the live music and check out the art exhibits in the downtown area. This event happens seasonally in the fall and winter, and it’s free to visitors.
