There are many great parks and beaches in Sheboygan. Sheboygan County Parks are an extremely important part of life in this community. One of the top Sheboygan, WI parks is called Kohler-Andrae State Park. This great park has a beach with really pretty sand dunes. You also can enjoy hiking here on the vast network of trails. There are literally miles upon miles of white beaches here. In fact, this state park is one of the last nature preserves left along the gorgeous Lake Michigan shoreline.
Of course, the beach is a prime spot in the summer, but the Kohler-Andrae State Park is popular all year long. Winter activities include cross country skiing, candlelight skiing and even winter camping.
